In the dark world of intelligence and espionage, all information is guarded in the name of national security. But some stories escape the fiercely guarded classified files, stories that become legends. This is one such story, a story that shook the very foundation of this dark world. In a government employees' neighbourhood in New Delhi, there lived a rugged, handsome and mysterious bachelor about whom his neighbours knew nothing. That was because he was India's top spy, an officer with the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India's external intelligence agency. Just watched Ek Tha Tiger phew i was expecting something and i am got different well look if you are a person(Like me) raised on daily doses of Hollywood movies especially borne series and James bond movies and expect salman to do Matt demon you will be pissed off like i was seeing the movie But if ur person who hardly watches Hollywood(sometimes in dubbed Hindi ) movies and are die hard masala film Bollywood fan then you will enjoy this movie(of course u must be die hard sallu fan) otherwise India is a poor country 50% of the population earn below 40rs and this movie's budget is 70-80 crs whoop precious money wasted in this poor country only saving grace in the movie is katrina kaif and beautiful locations

Not bad for a Salman Khan movie. I mean any day better than "Bodyguard" and "Ready".Salman and Katrina have great chemistry and are brilliant as a pair.Direction was good enough. Kabir Khan has done a decent job but the stunts are some what unbelievable especially the "train scene". The location for the movie was beautiful. The direction of his previous two movies were much better "Newyork" and "Kabul Express".Music was acceptable. But when will Indian music directors stop copying stuff from Hollywood movies? Did anyone realize that they have ripped off the intro and background score of "Forrest Gump"?Anyways, overall, not a bad movie.

Finally, a Bollywood film that is truly realistic and entertaining. There was no melodrama, nor gimmicks; just excellent direction along with a well written screenplay. The action sequences were choreographed with bad-ass perfection. Aseem Mishra's cinematography was pin sharp, complementing the exotic and vivid scenery with rustic sepia. Salman Khan was outstanding and was actually believable (unlike his previous characters as seen with "Ready" and "Bodyguard", where he seems totally disinterested). Katrina Kaif was exceptionally good and has proved to have some potential as an actress. The songs were also great. Definitely one of the best films of this year.
