One of the sweetest and deepest cartoons of recent years, although the plot is more or less always the same here differs on the fact that to change is not only the protagonist but also his robot friend and in general suit the ‘team’, that this film although funny is very sad especially at the beginning and reflects the folly of man.
The only mishap in this movie is the horrible Disney twist villain and the fact that i had to watch big hero 6 online. Probably the worst disney twist villain ever. Doesn’t have any good motivations, doesn’t care about harming others and doesn’t even have human thinking like “Oh maybe i shouldn’t murder these kids and i feel remorse for my actions”, well no he has no remorse whatsoever and it feels like a robot.
Big Hero 6 (2014) is the best modern animated Disney movie out there. The full setting is phenomenal, it manages to be both futuristic while also staying completely feasible in our own world. It makes a sort of superhero origin story sort of thing but has it feeling like a friendship based Disney adventure instead. The ‘loss of parents’ hero trick is overplayed but here it is flipped on its side where our hero starts without parents and loses family in the same story. Those looking for a scientific dive into Stephen Hawking's work will be sorely disappointed. Like many bio pictures involving famous, sometimes influential, people, it uses their love life (and possibly stretches it) to fortify the plot of the film.As is though, "The Theory of Everything" is an all right film if you take it for what it is, a decent love plot with a guy who happens to be really smart. Bonus points goes towards the British sheen of production value and Eddie Redmayne's very good performance as the late doctor.In retrospect, I think Hawking would've enjoyed this film just fine since it (thankfully) doesn't act as an ego trip.

With the recent passing of such an incredible mind, never has there been a more opportune moment to watch this saddening yet inspiring life story of Stephen Hawking. A man who possessed the greatest weapon possible in the strength of his brain, yet at the same time suffering from a paralysis of every other body part. Despite the obvious limitations, this movie encompasses how this extraordinary physician defied belief and achieved everything he could have wanted; fame, success, love, family, and a remarkable legacy. Eddie Redmayne delivers an Oscar winning performance in portraying the slow demise of Hawking's functionality in what really is quite a captivating and memorable watch.

This movie wasn't just inspirational in so many ways, it was breath taking, i mean the emotions, expressions, reactions and etc was just so satisfying and magnificent and the romance was a bit tricky (didn't expect her to move on and marry someone else) but overall the romance was well acted out/performed. This movie made me feel as if i was actually there, like i was actually viewing/experiencing the life of Stephen Hawking and that's what fascinates me and i must say this has got to be the most satisfying romance there is and yet to become. The performances are good and the actors well cast, but the movie suffers heavily from unlikable characters and sequences of uninteresting events. I would've enjoyed this movie more if the editors had condensed it a little. Having said all that, the movie does contain an important message and stays true to its real life character in a way that's convincing and believable.
