Chulbul Pandey is transferred and promoted to Kanpur. He is happily married with Rajjo. Kanpur witness a lot of criminal activities daily and kidnapping, rape and murders are done in broad daylight. The main antagonist/villain is Baccha Bhaiyaa, politician and a strong contender for the upcoming elections and Chulbul Pandey sabotages his political image by revealing his immoral activities to the public, media and police force. Chulbul Pandey takes Baccha Bhaiya head on & remains 'Dabang' as always

Just another action drama with bits of comedy forced in that wasn't funny enough. Not the worst of its year, but it wouldn't have gained as much box-office success had it not starred Salman Khan. Kudos to Salman Khan fans for turning a mediocre into a mega hit. Check it out for yourself (apparently, at your own risk) & see if his performance is outstanding enough to make you his fan. On a side-note (not to defend anyone), the script itself is so mediocre that there's hardly any scope for outstanding performance by anyone. It seems that the character formation is not given enough consideration. 1/5 would suffice.

First things first, Dabangg was way better than Dabangg 2.I'm not a huge Salman Khan fan. Yes, I like him and I liked him better in Dabangg. Dabangg was something fresh. Though it had all those 'typical' action stuff, it was funny, witty and watchable.Dabangg 2 does not have that dabangg-ness! The songs were not that great at all. Not very pleasing to my ears. It's like they've just been copied and pasted into the movie. Fevicol Se was okay but when Malaika came on the screen, she brought a smile to my face. She's so elegant!The dialogues in Dabangg were much much better. Here good dialogues and all the funny stuff were few and scattered.In the end, Dabangg 2 didn't have that punch like Dabangg. May be a one time watch. Those who haven't, just wait for some time. A television premier will be around the corner.

Chulbul Pandey @ Robin Hood Pandey @ Kung Fu Pandey!! Dabangg 2 is only for Salman Khan. You do expect people to scream and shout in cinema with Salman Khan opening sequence and thru out the film. A masala entertainer film with Box Office written all over it. But the storyline lack originality and powerful dialogues. Arbaaz should have given more time and thinking into making a more better sequel. Sonakshi was beautiful but lost in her performance. I expected her to be more Rowdy but she disappoints. Prakash Raj is such a versatile actor, no doubt he is this generations villain. Mahi Gill was wasted. Vinod Khanna had more scope in the film and acted well. As I said earlier the screenplay and script is majorly lacking, Dabangg 2 felt lost. Don't expect the same like Dabangg, just enter the cinema just for bindass Chulbul Pandey!!!
