not even a politely detached, neophytish performance by cage makes it worth your cognizance. 'left behind' is cheap-looking, lugubrious, linear and poorly acted. it divests itself of any intellectual or sublunary quintessence, the scale too small to feint to be about the rapture. ultimately, this obnoxious abuse of photoelectric cells barely registers as a film. save your souls and eschew this mess.

I would rather shit in my hand and clap than watch this film again , poor acting , Amiture at best , awful awful bible nonsense film , cage who ?? I hope he doesn't make a film again after this !! Garbage and how did this become a best selling novel before the film ?? Burn all the books and delete it from the face of the world , left behind my mind after 30 mins , can't believe I will ever get that time back from my life !!! Use this film for death row inmates so they end themselves!!

15 minutes in I found myself on my lounge floor praying to almighty God to save me from the eternal agony of this film! I cannot begin to descibe how awful it is but I will try; Imagine having your head caved in whilst Jeremy Corbin showed you his man hole photo album and you have experienced but a taste of the apocalyptic terribleness of this movie. This film managed to bore you whilst simultaneously insulting your intelligence. Somehow this film manages to be offensive to all five senses whilst only simulating two of them! If this movie is showing in heaven I'd rather spend eternity deep throating Satan's minions in hell
