Definitely a guilty pleasure. Sometimes good, and sometimes bad! But it's well acted, and not that awfully made! It's just not that compelling, or interesting, most of the time! Not quite a "so bad it's funny" movie. It's something that I'd probably pick up for really cheap, (probably $5 or less), because of Jason Sudeikis! I really like him, and I think that he gives a great performance, as well as along with Maisie Williams! But, I basically pretty much always think that Jason Sudeikis gives a good performance, and I also really like him, so there may be a little bit of a bias either way, or both ways, but I don't think at on any amount, it equals that much of a bias!

i have rights..Patriots DayThe emotions depicted in here communicates easily and effectively with the audience but the feature seems scattered into bits and pieces; that are engaging and nail biting, but in terms of a whole package, it isn't concrete as it appears. Peter Berg's execution skills helps sail it smoothly off to the shore, but the real culprit is the adapted screenplay that could have done better with some strict editing. There isn't a protagonist to follow in, hence it relies a lot upon different supporting cast like Mark Wahlberg, J.K. Simmons, Kevin Bacon, Michelle Monaghan, Rachel Brosnan and John Goodman. Patriot's Day is an open love letter to all those real heroes and works like a charm on terms of factual information and accuracy but as far as drama is concerned, it required some more of it.

Excellent and moving film that tells the story of the Boston Marathon bombing and the people who were effected by it, as well as the hunt for the bombers. This movie horrifies and moves the viewer at the damage and toll the bombing takes on those who are injured and the families of those killed, while inspiring the audience with the courage and dedication that hunts and tracks down the bombers, and finally inspires the viewer with the fortitude and strength to survive of those victims who survived and the officers who tracked down the bombers to make the city safe again. So well done in script, acting, direction , casting, and cinematography.
