It doesn’t do anything radically different; it’s pretty much your standard coming of age movie… but by the end, I’d bought into, believed and come to love these characters – just as much as they loved each other, when all was said and done… Girl power.

I am so thrilled even after having the idea of seeing this real and interesting story crafted and picturised in the form of a movie, that is amazing to watch those tribal kids forming a rugby team.

It was great to see Jesse Hutch back on Hallmark-and with Vanessa Lengies (loved her on NBC’s American Dreams series). They had a great chemistry together and the movie was very heartwarming and Christmas-y. Hallmark ended Christmas in July on a high note with this movie.
